CORPORATE OVERVIEW

Vision

Our long-term goal at The Willis Human Resource Development Group is to ensure a well able, well-trained workforce, as well as equip our corporate clients with the knowledge to provide a conducive work environment.

Mission
Our mission at The Willis Human Resource Development Group is to reduce the level of spending incurred through hiring practices of companies and corporations by assisting them in employing and retaining their most valuable asset, human capital. We make this possible by providing dependable and professional pre-employment assessment, employee development, and consolidating the human resource function with the science of occupational health.

The Willis Human Resource Development Group desires to enhance, promote,  and develop employable candidates by matching potential employees to positions, that will not only be rewarding to the candidate, but in turn will help to build a stronger workforce for our employers.

The Willis Human Resource Development Group helps to screen applicants for the potential employer and also helps to motivate candidates in order to be successful on the job or in their potential career choice. We desire to bring harmony to employers and potential employees by bridging information gaps through our employee selection and development tools that can make the interview process a breeze.

Who Are Our Clients?
Our client base includes every major corporation worldwide as well as small and emerging companies with at least 50 employees.

Why Outsource the HR Function?
It is common knowledge that the most important department within an organization is the one responsible for its most valuable asset, human capital. However, just as much as the HR department is an asset, it is equally a liability. During times of economic recession, the Human Resource Department is the first to be downsized because of its lack of ability to generate revenue. As a result, outsourcing many of the functions of the most important yet most vulnerable department enables an organization to have the best of both worlds. It has all the benefit of an HR department, yet none of the costs associated with retaining HR personnel.
